As a registered Client of Luxury Yacht Concierge  (“Client”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, and when obtaining our services anything from a vendor or supplier of products or Services (a “Supplier” “Vendor”) you agree that these Terms & Conditions shall apply to your request or order.

1. CLIENT RULES

1.1   All Client requests are subject to verification by Luxury Yacht Concierge. Luxury Yacht Concierge will notify you in the accepted.

3.3  Luxury Yacht Concierge aims to ensure that the benefits remain available at all times and are constantly maximum use of your offered Service. 4. USING YOUR CONCIERGE SERVICE

4.7  When ordering a product or service or accessing a benefit, you may be required to provide Luxury Yacht Concierge to use your Payment Card in order to pay a Supplier for products or Service, have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation thereto.

4.8  You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing Payment Card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover.

4.9  The procurement or provision of certain Service, products or benefits may incur a Luxury Yacht Concierge in these cases you hereby authorize Luxury Yacht Concierge to debit your Payment Card with any such.

4.10 Luxury Yacht Concierge may at your order purchase goods or Service on your behalf. In the event that authorize Luxury Yacht Concierge to deduct the credit sum from your Payment Card within 15 days of for the goods or Service in cash, it shall be entitled to add any applicable credit card charges.

4.11  Unless otherwise agreed by the Vendor, you shall not be entitled to cancel any Service has already begun.

5. TRAVEL SERVICE

5.1  Any Service including travel tickets and package holidays purchased through Luxury Yacht Concierge operator and the Vendor. Please note that Luxury Yacht Concierge is not an authorized travel agent or tour Supplier. All rights and remedies you have are against the relevant Supplier.

6. RESTAURANT AND CLUB SERVICE

6.1  When you use the restaurant booking Service you hereby authorize us to debit your restaurant which is forfeited as a result of cancellation of the booking.

6.2  When you use the restaurant booking Service you agree that where you cancel a restaurant you shall be not be entitled to any refund of any monies paid to secure the booking included.

6.3  Luxury Yacht Concierge reserves the right to deny restaurant Services from Client if Client repeatedly fails.

6.4  Admission of Clients to any club premises is at all times at the sole discretion of the club Supplier admission to a club.

7. TICKETS

7.1  Luxury Yacht Concierge is engaged in the business of obtaining “best tickets” for all sold out events either note that you are purchasing tickets above face value, which includes service charge(s) reflecting.

7.2   All sales are final, no refunds or cancellations are issued after you have purchased your tickets.

7.3  In the events of show cancellations directly by the artist/promoter, only the return of the deposit.

7.4  Luxury Yacht Concierge or its ticket agent partner will dispatch your tickets by Special Delivery Postage reach you by noon on the following day. Please note that neither Luxury Yacht Concierge nor its ticket agent will deliver your tickets.

7.5  Luxury Yacht Concierge or its ticket agent partners usually dispatches tickets within 2 days from the time have posting restrictions and are not dispatched until the week prior to the event taking place your tickets on the night of the show at no additional cost.

7.6  Luxury Yacht Concierge or its ticket agent partners reserve the right to upgrade tickets at no additional cost, full refund.

8. PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE

9.7  Luxury Yacht Concierge shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses vendors/services or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or any other fault of you.
